As soon as someone brings up moderation i know I've won

We're holding a competition to see who can rile up the most Collingwood dipshits, I'm winning so far

Michaels learnt everything he knows from me btw
The only thing you’ve won is the proving to all that you are an idiot.

Makes me laugh when people say the Pies stopped Richmond from going back-to-back back and the general consensus coming out of Richmond is that this a game of redemption.

Everyone seems to forget that WCE had their absolute measure last year and I have no doubt would've accounted for them in the GF.

Had our Measure? please, you won 1 game out of the last 7 against us. We dominated you both times last year as well but oh wait you had injuries lol. Cox pulled a game out of his ass he will never repeat.

If we had of played the gf against the pies we would have won in a canter.

It’s an 8 point game for the pies, 4 point game for us. May the best team win.

Pies have everything to lose here, if they can't beat an injury ravaged tigers outfit then they have genuine runners up hangover which I'm sure Adelaide will be more than happy to hand over.
I love a good pre-game excuse.

The key for Collingwood is fast movement out of the centre bounce,Grundy has to be curtailed, with Rance out,the Pies will try to move the ball as fast as they can to create space for Cox.

Their fast, play on at all costs ball movement smashed us in the prelim.

Rance is a massive loss as a leader as well as a player,I think player wise we can fill the gap but Rance’s leadership will be missed but we have Grimes,Astbury and Vlastuin in back which have great leadership qualities as well,I will miss Rance’s 20 metre runs to foil a mark, his desperation is what cost him the unfortunate injury.

Both teams will be much better after round 1,Collingwood always play their leggies off against Richmond regardless of ladder position.

Media will fawn over them all week.

Cmon Tiges,let’s do this!

We peaked too early with injuries to key personnel,Dusty and Astbury and the team struck with gastro.

A fully fit Tigers team would be back to back premiers now,we were a better team last year than in 2017 but in 2017,everything fell in place at the right time,Townshend was key that year, got his chance and took it with both hands, our finals series was ferocious!

Just grateful I saw a flag but this is a new season,a clean slate, injuries happen,I’m sure Rance will keep the positivity flowing in the Richmond change rooms,he’s that type of bloke.

I have a feeling the media will be vile and write off Richmond if we lose but praise Collingwood if they lose, they are shockers, the media sometimes.

Will be an interesting game. Tigers will be out for a bit of revenge for last year. Pies will want to bounce back after last weeks loss. How big of an impact will the Rance injury have? Who knows. It's a big hole and will no doubt test the depth of the Tigers. You'd be silly to say one side favours the other here. It's a genuine 50/50.

Should be an epic. Tigers also have a bit at stake. Let’s face it - it will be a ‘membership meets microwave’ moment if they lose Rance and to Collingwood in the first 7 days of the 2019 season. Remember there is still a lot of deep psychological resentment of Collingwood amongst some Tiger fans because the Pies denied them what they thought was rightfully their flag. Not saying all Tiger fans but I think a few could benefit from an hour or two reclining on a comfortable leather couch and talking expansively to a professional about that night and how best to move on from it.

And expect that to last forever too.

The media will add mayo if Richmond loses for sure, early days.

We got smashed in a few games early last year but then had a great run of wins, that is when Whateley had a whinge about the state of the game and got the rules changed.

Lol
You’re forgetting 2017 happened
The prelim hurt but nowhere near as much as it would have if not for that.

Thought Geelong were physically very strong on the weekend. Their pressure and strength around the ball was very good. Dangerfield took the ball away from packs like no other player can do. Carlton was no Geelong, although they played well in patches, but Richmond were pretty average for long periods.
Losing Rance is not so important against Collingwood because De Goey is pretty quick so Grimes will match him there. Astbury v Cox is even. So no real obvious Rance matchup. Dusty looked short of a gallop, JLT cup games don't count for players like Martin.
Will be a cracker you'd think.

What a crock lol. Most of us though disappointed with the loss were proud of our sides year and had 2017 flag to soften the blow.

Pie supporters consider the PF win there crowning moment and were ok with losing a flag because of it lol

Way to miss my point welcher.

The hilarious thing is you actually call that an injury list, one gun player and a few role players and the sky is falling, try losing your entire backline and most your forward line for long periods and come back and see us.

Also a few mid fielders!

Again about injuries welcher. We know last year you lost a fair few middling "role players" but at the end of the day you won nothing. Now its 2019, lets hope you stay fit as you dont have a soft, real soft draw that protected you last year when you lost those middling players, now you have a proper draw lel. God, can you imagine if you are 0-2 after our game with a relative healthy list ?

You might be so shocked you may start paying your bets and honoring your word lol
