1st year...

List is old at one end and young at the other and not much in the middle.

Old gets tired and younger aint big enough yet. Seen this movie before.

One hope from this is that our youngsters don't get discouraged by this result and decide to head elsewhere next year - I hope they look at what they have acheived this year and realise that the team is going to grow & we will get better, that it's going to be important to stick together
