I’ll raise you a Lol- your rabble of a 2 bit organisation couldn’t even deliver a victory over an Essendon Football Club in 2016 that had 34 players suspended by a corrupt CAS.
I'm sorry, but Round 6 exists.

And CAS being corrupt... :$

Bookmark this, they will win it all in 2019 their midfield is looking very good now that Shiel is going there. They have a pretty good forward line and their back half can do the job.

They had a very handy midfield in 2018 and now with Shiel he will be the final piece of the puzzle, watch out for Essendon.

Essendon’s competitive advantages are speed, skill and a good array of KPPs. The questions I have relate to their ability to win contests and shut down a game. They have talent, I’m not sure they have the steel to win a flag yet. Even with Shiel they still look a little vulnerable in the guts.

This is a legitimate question mark over the Essendon list, I guess the logic is that Shiel will play more inside potentially freeing up guys like Hepp and Merrett to play more on the outside, and then you add improving players like Langford and Francis to the side with a fully fit Daniher with a more settled Stringer then the side will start to look stronger but it is defensive effort that wins the premierships and separates the top sides from the rest which is why I for one wont be talking premierships until they actually make it to the GF.

Usually ild say it's first round but they got trashed by a depleted GWS side and looked trash

If McKernan is in your best 22 your not winning much. They need to remove him for a traffic cone

To be honest I think 2017 gave them some false hope and set some unrealistic expectations. They had a few old stagers in the side who played pretty well but haven’t held form since or have retired.

I think they probably need to rejuvenate a bit and suspect they would have gone down a different path if they hadn’t made finals in 2017. They have a few list cloggers and players that haven’t performed for a while getting a regular game.
