It was actually a fair bit before half time. He was put through some reasonably intense testing. Started with some resistance and massage and resistance again, some hopping and some run throughs. The run throughs became longer to the point he was running from bench on the wing almost to the point post. More hopping and jumping and some lengthy conversations with physios, doctors, list management. There was the half time break and he emerged very late, did some more running and hopping, more conversations with an increasing amount of people, a phone call and then it was boots off time. Reemerged a bit later with ice on his calf and the conversation he had with his mum, I believe, was that it, in his words, is just a precaution. FWIW he seemed to be moving fine, and if it was you or me galloping around we'da gone back on.
Thanks for the detail mate.
Don't think they would really want me on.the park though...ha.

Raptor V Roo, will they get plucked and debeaked or will we get eviscerated? Who know as long as there is plenty of blood on the hallowed turf as a result of genuine intent and effort by our boys I will be reasonably happy

I never implied that. Just highlighting the eeriness of it all and that not much has changed in terms of sentiment on here and towards Scott. Unfortunately it sucks for us all.

The two years after that were okay. If Scotts can improve on that I'll be happy.

"Clarko's Keeping's Off" is going to be the order of the day for Hawthorn.

They are going to play some high level possession stuff today.

Not confident if we can't get our talls in to the game and it's going to put a big load on our mids.

every time the ball goes long they'll crash the packs, knock it to the ground, run away with it.

Not if we don't mark it first mate.

Campbell is going to be a huge factor, and it means Hawthorn can't go long on the centre break either. They'll look to hit up, pause, then get numbers up the ground, because Gunston & Nash are probably going to be outgunned in the air.. Our high defenders are going to play a crucial role today.

it's our pack marking that i don't have as much faith in. But you're right, if we can take them we'll be laughin.

They're in big trouble if our defenders cut them off in the air, then Brown & Campbell start clunking them.

Smith, Henderson, Wingard, Scully & Impey v Polec, Hall, Pittard, Atley & Scott are going to decide this.

Wouldn't it be a smart idea for Ahern to come in and Ben McKay out due to Roughead being out??

We obviously have a plan to stretch them.

Nash - McKay
Gunston - Tarrant
Puopolo - Thompson
Wingard - McDonald
Breust - Pittard

Up forward

Brown - Frawley

Then Sicily will probably have to go with Campbell.

I dare say Stratton will go to JZ.

Brad needs to get on the front foot and make clarkson change his set ups

We get the centre breaks (expected) then Brown & Campbell start clunking and he won't have much choice.

They must retain a ton of possession, or they are ****ed.
