Ruck spot is probably quite open at the moment. A few have been good but not sure anyone has straight out dominated like Gawn and Grundy did last year.

Shane Edwards and Lambert have started the season well again for the Tigers.
Edwards obviously made the team last year. Lambert was in the initial squad.

On a side note...do you think we actually need to have a squad announced? Why cant it just be the 22?

Ones close for Freo for the moment would be Fyfe, Hill, Walters and Pearce. Walters and Pearce need to make up for not showing up for the GC game so they wouldnt be in it.

Someone posted some interesting stats on our board where Pearce and Ryan lead the AFL for intercepts at the moment.

I know we like to cram centre mids into the team where ever we can but is there any actual wingers playing better than Hill at the moment. Averaging 27 touches, 4 tackles and 5 marks a game and has kicked 2 goals so far this year.

Moore has been good, but McGovern has the runs on the board and has had an excellent start to the year. Generally there is a level of incumbency to these sorts of teams....is there not?
