Ask yourself this -

Which major party has leaked more votes since 2016 ?

Labor to the left or libs to the right ?

2016, ah the TURNBULL effect on the right? Will Bill oversee the renaissance of the Greens, my money is on the CFMEU & jobs.

Is that a yes or a no lol ?

I predict $180m press conferences to reduce sharply under Labor.
Also half-billion dollar gifts to Great Barrier Reef organisations no-one’s heard of, with their registered office a beach shack at the end of a track.

The commentary is like scrutinising a push bike’s wheels, frame, handlebars etc etc. ooh a little nick in the rubber there, you wouldn’t want to ride home on the shorten labor bycicle, it’d be a bit ‘risky’

Meanwhile there’s a 30 car pile up that already happened and more and more cars are piling in daily. ambulances everywhere. That the current govt metaphorically

Did this bloke get any votes at all last time out?
No idea, but Landry is a sitting MP.

Also lol, the timing. This morning Morrison is brushing it off, this afternoon he is having to condemn Anning and claims that the party are preferencing Anning's party last because of the assault by one of his supporters on a News journo.

The ALP MUST start behaving as an opposition and not pretending to be the government.

Governments lose government, oppositions don't win government therefore, the ALP must start to pummel the ineptitude and the civil war within the Liberal /National Parties otherwise, the ALP will be the ones that cop the backlash from the electorate.

Q: "Mr Morrison, do you believe that man made climate change is real and is happening or not?". Q: "Mr. Morrison, if you do believe that climate change is real and is happening, then why did YOU overthrow Malcolm Turnbull because he wanted to introduce a National Energy Guarantee?". Q: "Mr. Morrison, has Australia’s total GDP growth level shrunk over two consecutive quarters and thereby putting us in a per-capita recession?". Q: "Mr. Morrison, has Australia's net debt gone from under $175 billion when YOU, Abbott & Turnbull came into office to now being more than $341 billion?". Q: "Mr. Morrison, was the Banking Royal Commission "nothing more than a populist whinge?". Q: "Why did you vote against setting up a Banking Royal Commission 26 times in Parliament? ". etc etc. No "wiggle" room, just ask the plain, simple questions of the government and stop being too clever by half because the electorate want to know why they SHOULD NOT RE-ELECT the Coalition but all the ALP has being doing thus far, is taking the focus away from how rat shit Morrison and his knuckdraggers are by talking about themselves and not about Morrison and the knuckdraggers.

That is dead easy, bloody disgraceful .... virtue signalling to a select few with OUR money.

Are these the questions that will influence the undecided middle ground vote, no need to shore uo the true believers, the need to influence the swinging green voters who will vote Green IF Bill goes for jobs at Adani.

Anning is just a sideshow ... unlike Palmer, the ALP should wear his cold shoulder as a badge of honour.

Neither are particularly good, but Labor’s policy platform pretty much guarantees lower economic growth (which business will never endorse).

I think people underestimate what 5-6 years of a Shorten government will be like. It’s probable we’ll get a recession.

100% correct. Shorten is trying to follow Andrews method and it’s not working as they aren’t in government.
From this point if they want to win, no more than 1-3 policy announcements a week. The rest to be focused on negative campaigning.

Andrews magically became premier? He won an election from opposition. and then 4 years later smashed a liberal party which is showing signs of being finished. Look at the candidates. Pathetic specimens

The reason we quote Andrews is he wasn’t particularly popular before being elected, but has been a fine government - probably a liberal government in policy position. Or what a liberal government would look like if they weren’t a totally useless rabble

These are the topics that put the LNP on the nose and all the polling bar none, suggested that these were the topics that the undecided middle and the swinging Greens were most outraged about.

The true believers will always vote for the ALP but it's the lot that you described that have to change their vote away from the LNP but I'm getting the feeling, that their outrage has somewhat subsided and I just don't know if enough of them in the right electorates, no pun intended, are inclined to change their vote from last time.

The ALP doesn't need many of them to get over the line, a 1.5 % across the board would be plenty enough but I'm not getting the "vibe" that this will happen. There will be big swings to the ALP in stronghold ALP electorates but so what? The ALP need swings in LNP held seats and the smarmy, disingenuous grinning supremacist is having a bloody easy time of it and those that were anti, are starting to feel not threatened, as I see it anyway, and that is very alarming if you are the Party that needs the electorate to feel betrayed, outraged and threatened.
