Any combination of X Taylor/Sharp/Cumming/Robey will be great. Hopefully we get Dovaston as the cherry on top. I feel good about this draft and don't think we will contemplate moving up.

Yes but he will have made up for that by reaching about 10 picks to get him.

Because we always rated him very highly and we feel he could move into the midfield sooner than you'd think.

Taylor, Sharp and Dovaston is a cracking haul.

I don’t necessarily see the ‘we’ll wait and see on bids’ logic if we make the deal with Carlton’s pick 9.

It makes sense if we continue to hold 21, and its touch and go whether a club like Freo will bid, the alternative is you don’t match and you take a player in the open pool you may rate higher.

Now that we’ve evacuated our picks out of that range with 43 as a backstop selection, surely we are matching, but it probably doesn’t happen unless we make another move.

I wonder whether we get on the phone with the Suns, depending on how it plays out they might actually have too many.

Cal said Nairn is in the mix for a few teams after Melbourne.

I don't see the 'cat and mouse' in this draft with Melbourne. I think there is a likely 4 that will go between Richmond and Essendon. I see the players after this group as not worth risking missing out on one of the 4. For example, I wouldn't risk losing Sharp for the certainty of being able to pick Dovaston.

Yep, Sharp then whoever left out of Robey/Cumming/Taylor. Plus I would be happy with either Dovaston or Pickett if still around at 9

Yeah, there is a mix of Dovaston, Farrow, Pickett, and Grlj that could be a good fit.

Literally not one single player changed. Only thing new is Richmond might be anticipating a late offer for one their picks and I presume it’s from us.

Top 18 is exactly the same, I think he’s hedging based off what makes a degree of sense needs wise, if he doesn’t know, no point in changing.

Would mean we end up with Taylor, Sharp and Dovaston.

Few mock drafts are now poping up with us taking him, I think the concensus earlier he was Richmond bound

I do think the players we’re linked to are better and more of positional needs.
