What you say is right about an AFL apology, but the real problem is that the AFL now know that they can force us to be quiet. If we had forced the issue the AFL would be less likely to rule against us in the future. Consider Collingwood, every umpire of a Collingwood game would know that every contentious decision against Collingwood in the last few minutes of a game will be heavily scrutinized in the press. Do you wonder why Collingwood seem to be bless with umpiring decisions in close games.

Yeah, not what I was thinking but an admission of an error or wrong process should have come out of it.

We also lost Prestia that game so even if we won, Geelong would have been tough to beat the next week, but we will never know.

Nah, it's just that their starting 23 every week is basically the oldest in history as none of their kids are any good. I sincerely hope Pies don't secure a Butters or any other free agents that don't cost them draft picks, as their medium-term future looks diabolical.
