Those shots of Errrrrol are hilarious. And I can't tell to what extent it's deliberate or accidental.

No idea who Wicks has his arm around. One of the S&C staff, I suppose.

Also there's a shot where Braeden and another player are sitting on a bench with the other player on Braeden's left and farther from the camera. Is that Bice? If so he's looking a bit like a young Rampe. He does look a bit like Rampe sometimes.

Wow! That is well spotted. He doesn't look like Corey at all if you ask me - but I think you're right because when I compare to the other photos of Corey the facial hair matches and it appears to be the same person. It would have taken me a long time to figure that out by myself.

Just clicked to me who the photo was. I knew I knew the face but couldn't work out where he sat in Swans history... turns out I was thinking down the wrong path.

Always liked Ed. Good honest footballer who got the most out of himself. Delayed start to his career but kept at it and managed 200+ games, mostly with a smile on his face.

Not sure if training has gone ahead since last Wednesday's session, but tomorrow is the last day of the pre-Christmas preseason training for all clubs until January 8.

Pre-season is always deceiving in that everyone looks bigger than when they last played and then they come out round 1 and look back to their normal size

Having said that McCartin this pre-season looks legit BIG big

It’s the off-season, so I got to contemplating the bedford use of “rat” to describe utterly undesirable types.

Is “rat” really a derogatory term?

The great Rats of Tobruk certainly wouldn’t think so.

Nor would the Warringah Rats (Sydney’s finest rugby club).

So I got to pondering - what are the most useless, undesirable creatures on the planet. My view:

1. Mosquitos
2. Flies
3. Rabbits
4. Pit Bulls
5. People who own Pit Bulls

Rats probably make top 10.
