It’s not surprising that some people will use the situation to behave badly. Unfortunately that’s the nature of our society. None of that detracts from the lawless activities of the federal government agents. Or reflects poorly on the majority of protesters who aren’t undertaking such activities.

Here's one from the 15th but he's been talking this stuff for a while now. He's also blatantly ignoring the riots and assaults and calling them 'peaceful protests', ICE is 'occupying' Minnesota, etc. His rhetoric, and blatant lies, are clearly to fan the flames. It's been massively successful, apart from the part where he dropped out for re-election due to being investigated for fraud.

You’ve been played a fool. On each occasion the ‘victim’ in those video was afforded a safe retreat despite ‘the victim ‘giving his adversaries every opportunity to subject him to total beat down. And more than likely to chagrin of their agent provocateur mates whom filmed and uploaded the videos, who would have been cheering on a more violent reaction from the anti-ICE protesters, so as to undermine the protests.

The same cannot be said of those unfortunate to engage in an encounter with ICE agents where being violently thrown to ground by multiple burly officers and having a knee pressed into the back of one’s skull is a routine outcome.

And if you’re searching for an oratory to incite ‘the mob’, Trumps ‘fight like hell’ January 6th speech is a much better example than the Walz/Frey examples that you have produced.

I think its the fault of people who shoot US citizens, attack them with flash bang grenades and arrest people while driving home.

Its unfortunate for the people who weren't associated with ICE but that's what happens when the rule of law is undermined by a federal agency that had a member murder someone in public then had other members intimidate the public by referring to that murder.

The Oct. 23 incident involving Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, has been a key part of the court proceedings challenging the tactics of immigration agents during the Trump administration's "Operation Midway Blitz," which began in September.

Video of the incident showed Bovino throwing a gas canister at demonstrators in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood without giving a verbal warning -- a violation of the judge's earlier temporary restraining order limiting the use of force, the judge said.

"Mr. Bovino and the Department of Homeland Security claimed that he had been hit by a rock in the head before throwing the tear gas, but video evidence disproves this. And he ultimately admitted he was not hit until after he threw the tear gas," Ellis said Thursday...
