He asked bigman if Pedlar had been training in the midfield as Nicks said, and then when questioned on it pointed at the article which directly claimed that Nicks had indeed said that. All posts since then have been about the article, not Nicks.
I pointed out where Scorpus seemed to want to point attention towards - that Nicks could be incompetent enough to somehow not know where he had been playing Pedlar in training. That seems extraordinarily unlikely.
Someone else brought up the term gotcha. I just thought it was a long way to get back to "Nicks is always wrong".
