Things aren’t good at Noble. They went on a big recruiting push and landed virtually nobody… they’ve lost a few… other players stayed on the sell of personal coaching from Crouch and Fisher - now neither will be at the club. They are seriously struggling for numbers and advertising for players to fill the reserves.

If the coach already knows he’s gone at the end of the year it doesn’t always work out great, depending how the season starts.

Kaleb is at Balwyn, wants to have a crack at the highest level, hes also training at i think Williamstown trying to get on the VFL list. He's a star. Was injured pretty much all of last season and played injured when he wasn't. He's only 21. He's been in the senior side since he was 16.
If he went to Vermont where a few mates are, I think his dad would've disowned him

There's been a lot of mention about other premier clubs losing players etc, but no one has mentioned the star power that Balwyn have lost. Whilst they obviously ran quite deep with depth, they have lost some superstars this off season. You'd have to out Blackburn, rowville and east ringwood right up there as favourites now.

Let’s just wait and see how Balwyn line up in Round 1.
They have incredible contacts and always find a way to cover losses.

This is a bit different, crouch was there for the cash, martin is a club legend and favorite son

HOWEVER if they are in the finals hunt and his body is okay, if both parties agree he could help push to another flag... But looks unlikely
