One of the last guys I would have dropped. So drop the guys that give effort and keep the ones that don’t- ok makes sense.
His non-selection has made me super annoyed more than any other cause he gives his all every time.

If you want to create a culture where effort is non-negotiable then you have to live with that.

Refusing to compete is a far bigger issue.
I was not serious :)

Has been decent forward. Is never going to be a goal sneak but might be a good pressure forward there to create havoc and let Kako/Huss go to work on the goals.

Clearly his lack of ability to just kick it down the line was the issue.

I reckon it’s time for them to strap him to a chair and force his eyes open clockwork orange style, and then play Johnny Cash‘s “Walk the line” - accompanied by a series of violent images - until he breaks, and embraces the long down the line option.

Also, demand that he tries less.

He could be the foil we need up forward to help lock the ball in and around our F50.
Worth a try.

Don't see this guy making it, he's too small and doesn't have the disposal or pace to make up for it. Also 0 tackles in his first 2 games this year.

I’m not seeing it either but I want it to work out because he gives 100% and I love the ethnic vibe.

As has been mentioned in the VFL game day thread, Jayden played predominantly forward on the weekend. He was electric with his pace a worry for the opposition defenders.

Likes his ability to get up the ground and help connect the midfield with the forwards, his ability to create is also very impressive for a kid not completely educated as a small fwd. His goal kicking is also a little rushed

Feels like someone we persist with as a small forward in the VFL for a month, then he never leaves the senior side after that.

get him in so i don't have to watch guelfi again i reckon.

I liked what I saw in the VFL. Had a pretty decent amount of the ball with 17 touches and used it quite well. Whilst he's not Farrow or Johnson with his disposal I actually think he's not bad at all in that area. Plus he has some real pace and actually uses it to good effect in games. I think the challenge for him is working on his aerial game.
