Except he isn't playing. Roughead is probably the worst performed player for us this season. Simon Taylor was the scapegoat for a while, but he's played actually rather well so far this season. So Roughead it is.

In 2004, he was a beautiful judge of the flight of the ball and his lack of bulk against some of the bigger and better VFL forwards didn't make a difference, as he would usually just outpoint them on flight. But he seems to have misplaced that ability somewhere. However, his lack of bulk hurts...

Played really well for Box Hill in 2004 and deservedly came on to the Hawthorn list in 2005. Made the most of his opportunities in 2005, although he copped a couple of injuries (Lloyd's forearm guard to the face comes to mind). Failed to add any bulk over the pre-season and injured himself...
