Yeah I was thinking the same thing the other day. New recruits walk in the door and see Sheezel Wardlaw FOS and McKercher pushing super hard in all elements of their preparation and they would follow suit. Definitely appears to be a shift in the expectation and pressure the guys are putting on themselves. This should drive development and hopefully fast track progress.
