I agree smasha and the weather helped as I said bc it became a slogfest. Our plodders with bigger bodies plucked their feathers. We’ve become under minibus a better wet weather side, but from a small sample pool.
Dogs game we had different cattle and coach so a poor example.
I’m re watching the reply now and the rain didn’t set in until half way through the 3rd qtr
But we had already started to dominate the midfield and make our charge from the start of the qtr so don’t think the rain played as big as a factor as you think

it actually was earlier as they were saying it before HT started it was drizzly. I'm just going by Commentators. It doesn't matter as it was pretty obvious JGTI and co played better when it arrived.

Had a tiny bit of drizzle just before half time but it was well and truly gone again by the start of the 3rd and only set in properly half way through the 3rd

But midfield definitely lifted before the rain set it more to personal changes at half time
Hopper was moved onto Parker who was more or less free in the 1st half as was Taranto

It’s also difficult to say if it was the rain that helped Jack Graham or not because his 3rd qtr was similar to the first half with a couple of touches but playing as an outside mid/wing

Last qtr he swapped with Pickett in terms of roles in the forward line and Pickett moving onto the wing

After the swap Pickett didn’t touch the ball again for the rest of the game

Grass once wet with 10c ambient temperature stays wet. Martin, Bolton and TT lifted in the third and then the tractors chipped in when the rain came.
JGTI had 7 pos to HT.

& Hopper had exactly half his possies by half time so it couldn’t of affected him and would definitely be under the tractor category

It’s disingenuous to put it only on the rain when plenty of other factors would play more significant roles & even if it was purely because of the rain need to give credit where it is due
He took his opportunities and lifted when the team needed him to

Class of TT, Bolton and Dusty says hello MM.

No doubt
But they didn’t do it by themselves

If Graham didn’t kick those two goals in the last qtr the outcome is probably different
Need to put your personal dislike of Graham aside and give the credit where it’s due mate

So was it bc JGTI was suited by the conditions??? Don't have any personal dislike, but he's just a list clogger. Watch the Brisbane game on a dry track and see the comparisons. I'm telling you now unless we improve our speed and pressure then we're just making up numbers as the better sides will poke holes in our plodders. Clarke should play before JGTI everyday of the week.

If Clarke played instead of Graham last night we wouldn’t of won
And that’s coming from one of Clarke’s biggest fans

Sadly you have once again shown that you get short sighted with pre conceptions of players instead of being able to look at players without your feelings clouding what happened

Our entire midfield group got smashed against Brisbane not just Graham

Rain hail or shine you need to do it in all conditions. Doesn't matter what the weather is we won , give the team some credit , you were probably angry when we won those flags cursing that dimma was smiling , miserable posters like you need to lighten up

If it wasn't raining : jack Graham got lucky because he prayed to God before the match to have a good game.

List clogger with two flags under his belt and played a big part in them too.

Yet no personal dislike ? It's obvious you have it in for him , when he plays a good game it's because of rain LOL
And you use the sample size of 1 game to show that he plays shit when it's dry ? LOL

He has played plenty of good dry weather games.
17 grand final , 4 snags against carlton etc

Horses for courses is the theory here. How do you know what you're saying is true? You're just carrying on to suit your narrative. and as I said if you think that team will be competitive with all those plodders then you're dreaming.

rararararara the simple 2 flag argument. Brando has two flags under his belt and is 10x the better player.

And we don't anymore so watch all of the losses to date. See you're the miserable sod as you settle for mediocrity where I want higher standards. I'm the real Tiger supporter as I won't put up with rubbish and low standards like you do. This is why we won three flags bc Benny and co made the big adjustments and didn't eat the tripe you were dining on.
It's not my fault you set such low standards, but yours .lol

Dude retirement is taking its toll on you, relax.

I getting forced to retire in WA mate as my filthy rich young lady is putting the heat on. I'm under the pump as I love my old town too much.;):):'(

Nah mate, we just got lucky. The guys can't play at all. We should be playing some 18 year old weed or something. The only chance we have is quite frankly the rain. And the sooner fools like you realise this the better.

I think JGTI is what he is and we have him for 1 more year and no team will trade for him at the end of this year
end of 2024 he is a free agent and will get better offers than what Richmond would be prepared to pay and we will get a 2nd round compo pick for him

I hope you’re right mate.

Mate I wouldn't of been opposed to Graham getting dropped last week because he has been poor but the point is you gotta give credit where credit is due not some idiotic comment that he played well only because of rain. , You still need to be good to play good
Your excuse just reeks of something personal
And he is not a list clogger, again he was a big part of two flags and is still relatively young and entering his prime. Whether you like it or not that's not a list clogger. You just have some weird vendetta , he plays for your team mate.
