Thought I make 2 Threads into 1.


1: Maguane and Blight.

Is it me or Does Blight Play very much like Mickey as he runs and kicks like him but Blight does not have the Balance Mickey had


2:Jolly and Mockerhurst

Could Jolly be like Monkey and Dominate in the Ruck and Around The Ground with his Big Body and Physicallity

TD...you really need to check your spelling before you post. I didn't know who you were talking about for a second.

As for Mcguane and Blight I haven't really seen Blight play so I can't compare. As for Jolly and Monkhorst, Jolly should most definitely be more physical like Monkhorst was and he will be more competitive than Fraser thus resulting in more clearances for us.

Also dave how much of vintage (at their very best) have you seen of mcguane or monkey? None very little?

Blight has a long way to go before he is even rated the equivlant of micks bad games key alone his best pre injury, please stop these silly comparisons

monky was a star... i used to love watching the big toothless man in action...
monkey v ironmonger, monkey v wynd were my fav ruck duels...


as for blight, well, if he's half as good for us as mcguan was we'll be very happy.... i can still remember jumping out of my seat and spilling my drink over the poor bloke infront of me after he kicked 'that goal' ....
