So many lols at Carlton supporters. Kreuzer plays 2 or 3 good games a year and you can't stop fapping over him. Wouldn't even be in the top 10 ruckmen in the competition.

If Kreuzer ever has a year in which he has as much impact as Taylor Walker had this year, you'll probably elect him the supreme ruler of the universe.

Huh?
He's played 57. Pears 54. Bellchambers 36.

So far this year, Hooker's broken even with Cloke, stopped Petrie, stopped Clark, stopped Jack, beaten Waite, killed Darling... averaging 6 marks & 17 touches from the last line - he's having a very, very solid year.
Did he break even with Cloke when he had the 3 goals kicked on him, or 6?

I would usually agree but a ruckman whose done a knee would need another two to reach their peak I would think.

Certainly, but looking back at the draft with the benefit of hindsight, if Carlton had known Kreuzer was going to do his knee, they probably wouldn't have taken him at #1.

Looking back at a draft is not necessarily just a reflection on the talent each player had when they were taken.

Do you really think a club would overlook Kreuzer or Cotchin for Walker?

We'd still have Kreuzer at one.

Ward is miles better than Steven and Armfield.

I'd rank Laidler ahead of Armfield.
I'm 100% certain the Bulldogs, GC, GWS, Sydney, Melbourne, Carlton (yes, Carlton), Fremantle and a few other clubs would. If Carlton had kept Jacobs, and also drafted Walker, you are delusional if you think having Kreuzer instead makes your club even remotely better.

Absolutely you'd pick Walker before Kreuzer
We wouldn't.
Extreme LOL at Kreuzer -----> Walker

Only in a Carlton Supporters Dreams
I guess you won't mind my laughing at Adelaide supporters criticising the big man who is loyal, hard and doesn't want to leave for a barrow full of money.

Do you watch any other sides?

That would explain why your club overrates their talls and gives a Kernahan type contract to a poorer tall forward than Fevola.

No wonder your club is in such a bad shape.

That's funny.

If Kreuzer had the misfortune to be drafted by the Power, you would have christened him The Future after four games.

Stick to uploading videos of his goals.

Adelaide supporters are drinking their own bathwater.

You're delusional if you think Rendell ranked Dangerfield and Walker ahead of Kreuzer.

No wonder Tippett and nearly everyone left the Crows.

If you haven't seen a player's best after five seasons, it's pretty clear they shouldn't be rated at #1.
I'm not.
Rate cotchin 1 and rate walker above kruezer. Not writing him off though and it wouldn't surprise if he justified pick 1

I couldn't care what number Cotchin went in the draft/what number he would go if the draft was re done.

I'm just thankful he is a Richmond player - for us, he is the best player we could have got from the draft and will lead us hopefully into a period of sustained success and good times :thumbsu:

Look mate, not having a dig but on what basis would you rank Kreuzer number 1 in?? Or lets say top 5.

Production: He would be behind Cotchin, Dangerfield, Rioli, Taylor, Ward. Could even stretch it out to include Masten, Palmer, Steven.

Talent: I like Kreuzer but no way is he more talented than Cotchin, Rioli, Dangerfield, Walker.

Potential: You get the sense that Cotchin, Dangerfield, Rioli, Ebert, Ward are really starting to hit their straps. To me, Kreuzer looks like he is getting dragged down by injury.

Team Needs: You guys are screaming out for a Walker, have a KPD that is miles better than anyone currently buthave a surplus of Rucks (be it none that are flexible or as good as Kreuzer)

Now I'm a Kreuzer fan but in no way shape or form can you still say he is number 1. Unless you pay the loyalty card but thats like me saying I rather have Masten instead of Dangerfield or Cotchin.

Kreuzer is not in the top five for the 2007 draft on potential or output. I predict that Cotchin, Dangerfield, Ward, Rioli and Walker will have more productive careers than him and all five have been better than him so far. Injuries have hurt him.

Overall I think one of Dangerfield or Cotchin will be the head of this draft, depends how their careers pan out. Both started slowly but now they're guns. Cotchin is finally experiencing the benefit of uninterrupted pre-seasons.
