What are we on track for?

46k ticketed i think. For this time of the year I think we're at a club record level even though we probably started earlier than normal. Let's hope we have a decent start to the year for once even though we have a very tough first month as usual. 1 or 2 wins from the first month will make a big difference. 4-5 wins by midseason is alot better than 1 win. I think any hopes of finals have been gone by Round 4 the last 2 years. If we still have hope at midseason that will get a few more signings after Round 1. I noticed the Dogs, Saints and Melbourne were on 10-12k, Bombers about 15k, Pies about 18k and Hawks on 21k. Even the Roos are on 8k. We'll overtake most of them though as usual

We need 50K+, lets change the landscape. A bottom side with 50K members will be embarrassing for some other clubs. Need to sign 10k per month from here on, starting with 10k in November.

Would love to see a running break-down of new members vs re-signed members as a percentage of that total.

I think 46k is based on our previous 2 seasons on the field plus a couple more wins. Anything above 8 wins will only get us closer to 50k

That was before we were gunning for 75K members. You're always so negative MT

;)

Maybe the club should also give a tally of new members signed up for the year, unless ofcourse the number is quite low. It could turn out to be a feel good thing and get other Richmond supporters to sign up as members.

Yes, what a great idea. Lol :p

As at 22/11/10
total 10,147
new 737

Going by this rate we'll be 46,000 by the time the first ball is bounced against Carlton in Round 1. Add 4 wins or more by midseason and 50,000 ticketed is on

The sales rate is excellent. 300 per day x approx. 120 days until Round 1 game = 36,000. We'll hit the 46k target pretty much on the first bouce on the season. Probably more when you count family day and the sales at the G before the Round 1 game. A Round 1 win will have us hit 50,000 by Round 2. Tiger mania will be in town if we beat those pricks

I know I'll get shot down, but I dont really care.

Where is the incentive for interstate supporters to renew their memberships this year?

I have been a member for 16 years straight and for the first time I'm considering not renewing this season. The cost although nothing compared to what Victorians would pay but this season an interstate 5 membership is $124.

With a family of 5 living in Perth, what benefits do I get to renew in season 2011? I'm starting to think I'd rather spend the $124 at the tiger den.

I understand if your Victorian, you get to see our club almost every second weekend, but for me, we play in Perth once this season in round 20 yet I get an invitation to a cocktail party in Melbourne???? Hows that logical? Why does our club even bother offering interstate memberships?

Anyway fire away, tell me how much of a bad supporter I am.
