A couple around the mark in my scores, with an 84, 81, 81 but also one team that I didn't rate highly at all, with just 54.
I had only 1 team under 60. And it wasn't the one I thought it would be.

You also don't have to use my formula - as long as I get a rating out of 100 that you think represents how you feel about the teams.
Roo, hdecure, ringo and Kristof all got full marks for inside mids, CATB for structure, Freddy for tall forwards, Footypie for small forwards and roo for tall defenders. Whoever had Cox and Sandi got immediate full marks for rucks, don't know how you can really mark any different.
Kristof was also my highest ranked side, but no more revelations until after judging finishes.![]()

Given the posts from you during the drafting game, you are severely overrating some of the sides. There were also a few 9s and 8s, but a perfect 10 demands pretty damn good players in those positions; roo had amazing depth of quality with his tall defenders. Structure is a hard one to judge, but CATB just stood out from the rest. A lot got around the 12-13 mark. How do you judge structure?
I find it hard to believe that CATB is the only one with a great structure.
Roo the only perfect score for tall defenders?
Again find this hard to believe.
You ranked the inside abilities of those teams ahead of Josh Kennedy (7 clearances a game, equal 1st in the comp), Gary Ablett (6.7 a game, equal 4th) Mundy (5.1), Rischitelli (4.5) and Ward (3.5)? I wouldn't put my own inside mids ahead of that group tbh, but hey I could be wrong as far as next season goes.
One of the groups I'm surprised I haven't seen someone say they gave full marks for is Hendo8888's small defenders. Absolute gun group IMO. Enright and Johncock in the same defence is huge and Houli ain't half bad either.
Hendo got a 9 from me in small defenders, the highest ranked side in that area. If Stiffy had an AA guernsey, it would have been a perfect 10. And was that Carl's midfield? He actually did get a 10 in that area from me, just glossed over his name when summarizing results, my mistake. I would have given that bonus marks if I could, was easily the best inside mid group of the teams. You ranked the inside abilities of those teams ahead of Josh Kennedy (7 clearances a game, equal 1st in the comp), Gary Ablett (6.7 a game, equal 4th) Mundy (5.1), Rischitelli (4.5) and Ward (3.5)? Which is exactly how I judged it. And given how subjective judging of structure is, it was hard giving out perfect scores. As I said before, CATB just stood out for mine.the highest team i rated got 80/100.
Just think structure is too objective, geelongs structure isnt ur typical structure yet theyve won 3 premierships.
i had about 6 teams with perfect marks for structure.
I based structure on would this team set-up work in the afl?
Don't worry about the bonus marks. Just give me 10 and the others 9Hendo got a 9 from me in small defenders, the highest ranked side in that area. I gave Hendo's group 9/10 too - my highest score for that category. Also really liked roo2macca's collection of small defenders (Broughton, Scotland, Dempster, Young). One of the groups I'm surprised I haven't seen someone say they gave full marks for is Hendo8888's small defenders. This is pretty much exactly what I do. It needs to have players in their true positions and the right balance of talls and smalls, speed, etc.Marking structure, I go through and deduct a point if I feel something is missing or someone shouldn't be where they are. Also consider the tall vs small ratio and look at the bench/emergencies and see if they address some of the 18s deficiencies.
Most teams were between 8 and 13.
Eleven votes so far. This is pretty much exactly what I do. It needs to have players in their true positions and the right balance of talls and smalls, speed, etc.

Interestingly I had Freddy Bassett as my top scoring team until the Initialgate fiasco was uncovered. He finished one point behind my top two equal leaders.
In all honesty, being the eldest current playing Selwood, should give him the right to be called just Selwood, no initial required. Besides, Adam is a fantastic player, more experienced than Joel![]()
We all know theres only one quality Selwood playing afl and thats Joel
Your team is still pretty good though
I am one quality midfielder short I reckon...... That why I am hoping either Masten has a break out year or Brock Mclean gets back to his best.... Either way, the Selwood experiment was worth a crack![]()
