Poor Browns. :(

Steelers and Bengals have had 2 of the best 3 drafts, and the Ravens have gone decent themselves.

Then there's the Browns, dead last in the division to start with, and they just got further behind. Though.....With the exception of the NFC South and East, they may of just became the best worst placed team in any division in the league.

Why is it American's know it's Australian Rules Football when Australians call it AFL

That's the name we've been given when Aussie Rules has been shown starting back in the 80s with eSPN coverage- before the AFL came into being.

When I lived in Brissie, I always told people I was going to the Aussie rules match, not the AFL match. Well, I'd probably say Bears or Lions first.

I reckon it'll be a similar situation in Seattle, Pete preaches competition and I expect to see Flynn beat out Tarvaris for the starting job and wouldn't be surprised to see Wilson knock him out of the no.2 position by mid year either. We might hold them all and look to trade someone with currency or alternatively, Portis or Jackson will not be on the roster by the end of this season.

The same year the Packers took Rodgers (when they still had Favre on the roster), they also took Flynn.

Seems Shanny/Allen are looking to groom a viable backup/future trade bait
Chad, Flynn was taken in the 2008 draft, 7th round. Brian Brohm was taken in the second that year. Either way, both 3 years after picking up Rodgers.

A biiiitttt different to a 1st and 4th for QBs in the same draft :p

Burfect as well - though possibly not that surprising. Some evaluators had him as a 2nd round talent - start of last season think he was a mid-first rounder.

fwiw - Undrafted >>>>>>> Drafted.

You can pick where you want to go, pick a team that suits you. If it wern't for the monumental reach by Seattle or Denver, I would of said he'd go there in a heart beat.

I expect him to go to the Saints, but I wouldn't be shocked if he gave the Jets or Vikings a go thinking he'd be a good chance to compete and maybe start really soon. Other teams that I think he'd consider are the 49ers, Falcons, Chargers and Lions.

Tony Pauline - who used to post on Jetsinsider as CBNY and now runs the NY Jets Draft Forum, and also works for Sports Illustrated, was as ever the best inside source for draft info. Bang on in most of his inside information as usual.

For what it's worth, I can't see Kellen Moore making a final 53 man NFL roster.

Should do what he can now to transition to being a coach or something

Only true if you're talking about being drafted in the mid-late 7th round vs being undrafted. The problem with being a late pick/undrafted, especially at the QB position, is that it is a hell of a lot harder to get reps in practice.

Pickk already Moore!
Chase Baker (Our other star DL) has already signed with the Vikings.
Kellen and Shoemaker should be soon too

Kellen might do well with a couple years in Canada, like another lefty, Warren Moon. I'm sure the CFL teams would line up for him.

Brooks is an interesting selection since we already drafted a CB in Gilmore with our first pick.

Ron Brooks has speed personified. Played as the rotating CB on the other side of Claiborne @ LSU. You will see the Bills go from the bottom 5 of TD's allowed in passing to possibly the NFL's #1 D. If Mario Williams can stay healthy.. the Bills are going to be the hardest team to crack. Lots to like about the Bills in 2012. 81-1 SB shot. Worth throwing a ten on them. :thumbsu:
