It's coming to that time again fellas. What a treat the playoffs are shaping up to be. What are everyone's Super Bowl match up tips as of today? Each team has showed a few flaws with many teams from each conference that can make a run

Again no ONE HD on Friday afternoon??????
I can't find any info on why they've suddenly dropped the Thursday games.

Excited to see the Redskins on ONE. Hopefully we're the team that makes a late run at the playoffs and goes deep.
A bit nervous about the game though I reckon the Ravens will run Ray Rice down our throats, plus they'll be mad coming off a loss and the negative press Flacco seems to be getting at the moment has the potential to spur him on, let's hope it spurs him on the same way the bad mouthing inspired Sanchez this past week.

I'm really nervous about this game as I can just see RGIII running riot against our defense. Hopefully our OLBs are on their game and play the option well.

As for the offense, I'm anticipating at least 1 DeAngelo Hall INT because Flacco completely misreads the defense and Hall undercuts either Boldin or Smith. Hopefully Cam is smart enough to run Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce down their throats for large chunks of the game, but knowing how Cam likes to call a game, I'm not holding my breath.

Hopefully they can get back on track after the embarrassment of a game just played

Patriots vs 49ers for me

I think the team who gets the #2 pick will be better off. Take Jarvis Jones at #2, and then take a guy like Tyler Wilson, E.J Manuel or Landry Jones with #33.

If the Chiefs or Jags have #1, they'll end up taking one of Geno Smith/Matt Barkley which will be a huge risk.

Wonder which Packers team will show up this week and who is going to get injured. All I can say is I hope McCarthy pulls his head out his arse and stops with running Kuhn on 3rd and 1, having all our receivers run long routes where they don't get open and consistently calls the run (like the 2nd half against the Vikes). Then we should win.

Superbowl prediction:
Homer: Packers v Broncos
Reality: 49ers v Broncos

Also how haven't the Seattle corners had a hearing yet?

Both the vikes and ravens have to make it up to me after the disappointing games this week.
No way the vikes will get up against Chicago but the ravens redskins game should be good.
I enjoy watching RG3.

A Question. If Jags and KC lose all games who gets no.1 draft pick?
I have no idea how they work it out.
Chiefs get the pick based on the Strength Of Schedule (SOS) tiebreaker. By that, it would mean that Kansas City's schedule is considered to be easier, and as a result are considered to be worse.

I'd love the pack to make another run but doesn't look likely. Each team has bits of inconsistency but Green Bay have been among the worst, oline each week. Which defense turns up. Lets hope Matthews and Woodson make a difference.
I gotta think the patriots over San fran this year

Ravens @ Skins is going to be a ridiculously important game for both teams.

I am quietly confident - our weakness is our secondary, and with Flacco fighting to find form, it means i'm less scared about an opposing QB than I usually am.

Ray Rice is obviously a crazy talent, but I also feel that the Redskins have the personnel in the front 7 to try and keep him contained.

Fingers crossed. Anything could happen in this game.

If the Skins win though, hooooooo boo i'll be excited.

Don't worry - we will beat the Jets this week.

Playoff Scenarios.

Clinched playoff berth Week 13: Houston Texans.
Clinched division title Week 13: Atlanta Falcons (NFC South), Denver Broncos (AFC West) and New England Patriots (AFC East).

Eliminated from postseason contention Week 12: Kansas City Chiefs. Week 13: Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders.

Week 14 playoff scenarios

The Atlanta Falcons can clinch:

a first-round bye with a win and one of the following two results: a San Francisco 49ers' loss, or losses from both the Chicago Bears and
Green Bay Packers;

homefield advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with a win and losses from all of the following teams: Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers.

The Baltimore Ravens can clinch:

a playoff berth with a win and a loss from either the Cincinnati Bengals or Pittsburgh Steelers;

the AFC North division title with a win and losses from both the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Houston Texans can clinch:

the AFC South division title with a win and an Indianapolis Colts' loss;

a first-round bye with a win (over the New England Patriots), an Indianapolis Colts' loss and a loss from either the Baltimore Ravens or Denver Broncos;

homefield advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win and losses from all of the following teams: Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.

The San Francisco 49ers can clinch a playoff berth with a win, losses from the Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins, and a loss from either the St. Louis Rams or Seattle Seahawks.

Washington win was good in terms of potential better playoff seeding but makes our position in the playoffs much less guaranteed. Would be feeling confident if not for the likely loss of our no.1 and no.2 corners. Sherman's hearing is on Friday, no date set yet for Browner (staggering it is good for us I suppose). Lucky Thurmond is back (was playing ahead of Sherman last year before he got injured) and in any case our defense has regressed quite a bit from the start of the year - fortunately the offense has come along in leaps and bounds.

Carpenter IRed again *sigh* maybe next year he'll play a full season. Edwards waived too which is interesting, hasn't been that great but if the TD on the weekend had counted (and it should have) it might have been different. Speculation that it was caused partially by his Jets comments. Also apparently Bevell is in the running for the Wisconsin job. Some Seahawk fans aren't supporter of him but not overly keen on changing the offense a year into Wilson's career.

No chance they win @ Seattle, I wouldn't be backing Arizona to beat Southern Miss with the way they're currently playing.

I know, but a boy can dream.

Richard Sherman's hearing isn't until 14 December, so he's free to play for Seattle this weekend. Last time I saw, Browner's hearing date hadn't been set, but it probably will be heard around the same time.
