With Dawson Simpson going for more back surgery and Hmac struggling to get fitness, Vardy could be a sneaky chance to play a lot more

Doubt Hawkins will go back to ruck will be West/Vardy. Even with our injuries to rucks last year, we used Walker as a pinch hitter over Hawkins.

Yup but in 2011 we ran with 2 ruck forward combo so West went forward or Ottens. Last year we couldn't do that so we mostly played 1 ruck except when 2 where fully fit like against Sydney and Freo. Would think that's what we would go with this year again if we can.

Oh he won't play but with Cox, Looney and Roughead...I won't need the last two kids and I can use his mpp for Captains loophole. Best case a 112k ruck kid pops up in nab cup and I use him as a playing R3/4 in addition to sinclair

Almost certain to be a top 3 ruck scorer for the year, just a question if he can stay fit. Even then he will probably get rested.

Massive lack of Maric in teams, any reason? I've put him in at this stage.

Vickery back may reduce his onfield time is the only possible reason, unless he gets a hair cut and loses all his power

Maybe i'm not understanding...wouldn't you need cover if Looney (Leuenberger?) is out for a week? You have cover for Cox if he goes down but what about Leuenberger if you have two rookies that aren't playing?

I'm going Goldstein and Leuenburger as my main rucks with Rowe (MPP) who could get games this year and Gorringe on the bench.

I have Cox as my first forward so I can cover Leuenburger if he goes down which I kind of think he will at some point.

If the Burger gets injured then he goes to the bench and Cox gets thrown up to the rucks via Rowes MPP.

You move Looney to the Ruck bench.
Then you swap Rowe into fwds, probably bench.
Cox goes into rucks with Goldy.
