Good call. After today to you never know what's around the corner. The next few days are going to have a massive impact on the club long term and after 800+ pages I'm sure it will be nothing anyone predicted.

What about O'Shea from Port? I read somewhere that the Saints were looking into him. Would pick 22 be overs for him? It would certainly help out the Port/Ess stalemate with Ryder if they had the extra pick to send back to Ess.

It's a chance… but if I knew the pick could end up with Essendon then I would rather flush it down the toilet.

Hopefully Ryder invokes the "filthy lying drug cheat" clause and walks for free.

Thought as much, especially if the Saints were planning on pulling the trigger on Reece McKenzie with that pick before Carlton at pick 26/27.

Edit: I'm actually hoping Essendon bid on McKenzie with our pick 20.

No.

Saints wont do 22 for O'shea unless they can get two more picks in the first round.

We may get one if we trade Steven or Armo but probably not two.

Griffin has stuffed up us trading 1 for 4,7, 19 as mooted.

Think you need to look elsewhere

We are looking at getting 3 picks in the top 22 so we won't be trading that pick. I'm not sure he's worth that anyway, if we did end up with him it would be for a 3rd rounder.
