I'm happy to have kept #1 if that's all that was offered. Add pick 6 and we would've taken it, IMO.

Petracca better be as good as advertised? What a joke. If you've watched him play even once this year, you'll know he's as good as advertised, if not better. There's a reason we wanted overs for Pick 1, how many of you know for a fact that we were offered 4+6+7? Or that 4+6+7 were on the table for sure? Fact is we could get the guy we want at 6 at 21, such is this draft. For that you wanted to take a chance that a top 3 player in the draft where there is a clear top 3, will be there at 4?

Correct.
From what I read by jaxons, we requested 4, 6 & 7 & were willing to budge on 21 with 1. The problem was, GWS weren't willing to give 6 & their final offer was 4 & 7 for 1.
jaxons NEVER said we were offered 4, 6 & 7 for 1 & 21 & turned it down. Not once.

Man we better take Petracca now. If we wanted McCartin we needed to take 4 & 7 and risk that he was still there, which sounds like he might have been. The extra pick would have been worth the risk if we view the top 4 as pretty close. Putting GWS & Gold Coast aside, I can't help but feel that the Doggies and Dees are building significantly better teams that us. It's a concern, we needed multiple picks in my opinion.
