How is 'Schache' pronounced?

Schache struggles a great deal to get separation and relies heavily on his strength for goal scoring opportunities. That is not going to work early in his career and I would expect he to be one like Hawkins who takes a few years before we see him be able to compete consistently at AFL level.
I don't know how he is going to feel if he spends 2 years at NEAFL waiting behind Close, Dixon, Freeman, McStay etc. Other clubs would want a highly rated young KPF.Yeah? He seems quick and agile. I suppose if we get Dixon and have Close and McStay as support it works out because Schache will have plenty of opportunity to develop his game and get it ready for AFL.

If we get Rance I think Merrett may be in trouble also, particularly if Andrews keeps developing at his current rate, might be reserves bound. That is also assuming Merrett isn't forced to retire (remembering he has a very similar back issue to the one that forced Leppa himself to retire)I have had a similar argument in the past about having too many KPF's developing. But as another has already mentioned we are more than likely not going to have Staker, Maguire, MaGuone or Paine next year. Also Burke is on his final year as a rookie? and Merrett is proving to be a bit injury prone.
Fantasy scenario sees us get Dixon and Rance as well as Schache and Hipwood.
A first choice forward line of Close, Dixon and McStay leaves Freeman, Hammer and Schache in the reserves. First choice defenders Clarke, Rance, Gardiner and Merrett leave Andrews, Hipwood and Beasley in the twos.
If anything we will need to add another KPD with a late pick/ rookie.

Yup and then leaves due to a lack of opportunityI don't know how he is going to feel if he spends 2 years at NEAFL waiting behind Close, Dixon, Freeman, McStay etc. Other clubs would want a highly rated young KPF.

Assuming Maguire, Staker, McGuane, Paine and Bourke are gone after this year, then our KPPs are (followed by number of games played):
Merrett 172
Clarke 46
Gardiner 23
McStay 17
Close 15
Andrews 8
Freeman 4
Beasley 1
Hammelman 0
Who said we don't need experienced KPPs? Only 1 (injury prone of late player) over 50 games experience!
Someone like Rance would not only provide an immediate A grade key defender, also boosts a huge area of inexperience.
And don't even get started on key forwards - whoever we can get our hands on from Dixon, Henderson, Schultz, Carlisle...they are all going to be better than any key forward we have (at this point in time) and provide more experience and mature bodies. Sure our promising kids may one day be better, but that's all they are...kids. How one can expect to regularly compete with key forwards with 17, 15 and 4 games experience..it's just not going to happen.

He's draft makes no sense with Mills and Hopper at 2 and 3Shiftersheehan said it's pronounced shack on tac cup this morning. (And there was a Shaq attack joke that followed from someone on the panel)
Also noted Francis from SA is potentially moving ahead of weitering as first pick after his big game v wa and other recent good form.
Wallace had us taking schace at pick 3 in his mock top 20. Still no keays in that top 20.
