Wouldn't surprise me

The cracks have been there for a while and it looks like the implosion has happened

York is a disaster

well Raiders fans are happy. Oakland is no longer the most dysfunctional team in the bay area.... Yep let that sink in and then think of how far ans fast the 9ers have crashed and burned.

They'll be the disfunctional team in LA pretty soon anyway

A report on Twitter says that Maclin leaving was the direct reason he decided he didn't want to goto Philly; he has serious doubts about the direction they are going next year, and doesn't want to be a stop-gap RB in a transition year.

Report by who?

Pretty much all the actual reports say he wanted more money. We offered 9-9.5, Chiefs are offering 11.

Sorry, I should clarify; the reason Frank Gore is pulling out of his deal with Philly was Maclin leaving.

Apologies for confusion

Of course they do, but if that was the only reason we would've been able to attract higher profile FAs this whole time, which we haven't.
To be fair it's not like you're getting these guys at a massive discount

Credit where it's due though, it's looking up

Pats as expected won't pick up the $20m Revis option

and word is it he will get at least $18m from who signs him. But who has $20M to spend on a corner? and are just that away from a SB? i wonder if Seattle will look at him for 1 year as they have lots of young players out of contract the next 2 years that will break the bank.
