Depends what browny is priced to score don't you think? He is only 150, may creep to 300. Given rookeis are really really thin down back, I see it as a no brainer.Best case scenario you'd start a rookie ahead of N Brown anyway

I meant on the field, if there was one that was to score better the Brown. Wasn't trying to suggest not to pick him at all, as it sounded like in hindsightDepends what browny is priced to score don't you think? He is only 150, may creep to 300. Still on the Jasper train?I'm set on my defence premos assuming Hibberd is banned
If he and his mates are cleared, I'll have a massive x vs y vs z dilemma so close to start

yeah, Newnes and Pittard lockedStill on the Jasper train?

What are people's thoughts on Jed Adcock this year? 418k was down on average last year playing mostly defence, but looks like pushing up to the wing again this year, if Brissy's NAB games are any indication.

Seems like good value priced at 78ppg and still only 29 years old. His disposal numbers were only down a little last season in comparison to the previous 3 years where he averaged 90+ wouldn't take much of an improvement to get back to a 90+ average, especially in a stronger Brissy team.
(Unless he's going to be the team's designated tagger, then disregard this post altogether)
Has been in and out of my team. Will be solid but wont' increase in price too much I would have thought.
His potential price increase is irrelevant. You'd pick him if you thought he will average 90+ from a full season. Undervalued premo, not a mid pricer IMO.

One of the best defenses i have seen so far, 3rd talls, intercept marks and great decision makers.Toying with the idea of a backline with.
1. B Smith 2. J Gibson 3. J Newnes 4. S Thompson 5. Gibbotson 6. N Brown.
I think backline rookies are gonna be pretty light on this year, I doubt we will see 2 rookies consistently play every week.
What are peoples thoughts on the mid-price strategy.

) - real sliding doors moment.Interesting, was tossing up between him & Malceski last year for D4 - went with Eski due to better NAB form (~30sc pts ave diff. by end of season) - real sliding doors moment.
Adcock sitting at D5 for me ATM.
i think he is, can't see him getting a game anytime soon thoughIs Oxley on Pies rookie list?
Played both NAB's thus far, scored ok.
He's not on their rookie list.i think he is, can't see him getting a game anytime soon though
either way, think he is far down the orderHe's not on their rookie list.
Really depends on the kind of role they give, played on a wing the last couple of games and even a bit in their forward line, dunno if it will be a positive or not for his scoring. What are people's thoughts on Jed Adcock this year? 418k was down on average last year playing mostly defence, but looks like pushing up to the wing again this year, if Brissy's NAB games are any indication.

I remember when Greg Broughton and Jack Grimes were considered premium defenders.
His second season he averaged 91 before he got injured, has all been downhill from there.haha, for what? 1/2 a season...
Geez it was a handy half a year thoughhaha, for what? 1/2 a season...
Only daniel wells who could be daniel rich havent decided yet. Rest of the lines are pretty standard guns and rookies, i know exactly what ill get from them, def is the only risk im taking. One of the best defenses i have seen so far, 3rd talls, intercept marks and great decision makers.
Do your other lines suffer as a result?
eg: how many others in the 250K - 500K bracket have you chosen?
Swan not really a risk imo. Should be a great pick ay his price. If not, you'll be with the other half the comp that have to trade himOnly daniel wells who could be daniel rich havent decided yet. Edit*
