This whole event was triggered because we traded this year's 2nd rounder as part of the dowry for Dixon. So effectively the trade has become two 1st rounders for Dixon and a 2nd rounder.

No, we don't trade out a member of our leadership group to bring in a guy who's played 3 AFL games in two years. Although overall it'd be a less damaging move than the move we just made, so not much would surprise me anymore.

The sad thing about that is the way we've been playing at home the last 2 years it's a very real possibility whilst all the other clubs get stronger whilst we are happy to tread water with the same players we can't get rid of.

How much pressure is going to be on pick 19 and 30 now? At least one of them has to end up better than a top 10 pick the following year and they both absolutely have to make it.
