Projections for Fyfe's end of year average after now seeing three rounds?
For me, Im not as confident he will be breaking the 120 average this year the way Freo’s form is going. Fyfe scored well in the opening games of last season when Freo were winning. Their lack of attacking ability meant that they always had close-ish games, making him the difference – thus additional SC points for the man.
I’m looking to bring in a mid premo this week and am thinking it may be better to hold out for a bit longer on this bloke. $643k will be too much to pay if his average does in fact drop.
At the same time though, Im looking heavily at Robbie Gray at $608k. Going on historical scoring history Fyfe would be the better choice, however I'm not sure at the moment :S
Would love to hear some peoples thoughts/projections for these guys….

Fyfe 125+ blokes a jet

No Sandi rd1 hurt
No Sandi Rd3 hurt (freo looked very competitive till nutnut polaxed Sandi)

Rd2 he scored well

That is a worry no sandi pants Fyfe may struggle.
Fyfe was little under done r1 but smashed it rd two.
Sandi is so important to freo.
No Mundy as well.

I wouldn't be trading in Fyfe this week, wait and see what happens.

Does anyone else think that Gazza is not 100%, more like 50%?
He looks sore to me and one big hit or hard tackle will see him with time away from the game.
I think he is a huge risk and opposing teams will go harder at him coz they smell blood.

Agree he's not 100%
Closer to 90, but i reckon he's got better every week.
He's been targeted for about 10 years now.

He'll be more than fine

Lost alot of strength and confidence in the shoulder, he used to dont argue/ stand up in the tackle 9/10. But he is a jet, i think he had 18 tackles in a game before he hurt the knee and is now in the top 10 for tackles in the league. Had 0 and 1 tackles in round 1 and 2 last year. Confidence is growing with every game. Mitch Robinson may test him out this week.

I'll counteract your Robbie Gray and raise you a Luke Parker.

Parker will end up one of the top 5 mids this year.

Frees up room to go Ben Ken > Hallin the Fwds too

I think you might be right but is he a huge risk? He's going to average close to or over 130 in the meantime, he might miss a game here or there and have the odd down game but he's going to be a top 10 midfielder. Theoretically most have 10-12 trades for injuries, if he gets a substantial injury you trade him out for basically almost anyone with the way he scores.

Nope. He's averaging 131. If he's sore the only way is up. He's also in 50% of teams. Every big game is one half the SC teams will be getting. The risk lies is not having him. If the worst does happen you can trade him to anyone else.

What do we you all see Libba averaging over the whole season?

Seems about right, should get into the 500K range and make a nice easy swap for an under performing premo. If your timing is right you could probably swap him for someone like Pendles, JPK or Sidebottom.

I traded him in for Rocky in Rd. 2
Made me about 200k.
I reckon I could trade him back to Rocky in a few weeks and make some more coin :)

Anyone out there like Josh Kennedy? Always seems to be around the 110 mark by seasons end. Currently looking at him and Sloane.

I was, not anymore as I've just taken Parker though. I was hoping he would drop more.
He could easily go ~110 from here on and be a great pick up, I just think Parker and Hanners will avearge min 115 and continue eating up his points.

All 3 of JPK, Neale and Sloane have huge upside at that price

I'd go Neale or Sloane before JPK for now

What do you guys think rocky will be averaging for the rest of the year?
Will he be worth getting when he bottoms out in price?

This week I'm going to back in Marc Murphy as my M7 to match these guys from here to the rest of the season @ $100-120K discount.

I'm currently ranked about 10,000 so need to do something a little different to make up ground I figure. If it doesn't pay off can always sideways him later in the season.

Youre backing a guy to avg 105+ when he has only done it in 1 game so far this season - 4 games ago!
Murphs ownership is at 9% while the other 3 are at 10%, they are all equivalent in terms of "doing something different"
Play it safe with one of the other 3 imo

thanks for your input.
His ownership is only 0.7% according to SC gold.

1 of the games he was injured in the 1st half.

He's averaged over 100 in previous years. I owned Sloane all last season, I reckon Murphy's a very similar type. Playing in a better team probably tilts it slightly in Sloane's favour though.
