Umps tried their absolute best for Hawks in those last two minutes. So predictable. They did the exact same thing in the first quarter when we played them (except it gave them a goal).

Classic Hawks. Get a ride with the umps but still go to them at quarter time to complain, just to plant a seed that they're getting the rough end of it. They do it regularly.

They're a much better side at home but they'll get a fair bit of belief if they win tonight. 2 big scalps in 2 weeks.

Not an easy one at all, but lets get through tomorrow first.

We need a tough game going into the finals. Percentage is no longer a priority.

West Coast is the perfect game next week. Not easy but not uber difficult. The perfect run before finals.

In the rooms the hawthorn coaches put up pictures of the umps with their first name. they rekon it does get you free kicks if you call them by his first name when they walk in the rooms for the umpire pre match chat.

If the Eagles win tonight and shall we win tomorrow night against Port, next week's game is for a top 2 finish. If not we'll probably drop to 4th and head to Sydney for a QF.
