I would be really annoyed with the club if they agreed to the Ballarat game. As a Victorian member I don't want to have to travel to Ballarat when we get so few games here in Melbourne especially as one of those is usually in Geelong too. If I want to travel I would rather go to Adelaide or go North. We get great support here and it would be a shame to not keep capitalising on that support. The teams that do not have a large travelling supporter base would be far better to be the clubs chosen to go to Ballarat maybe.

If there's any truth in it, depends if he's an expendable player, however that opens up the field a bit.
