Ill make it easier for you.Are six clubs as well not playing down there?
Did we lay there in 2013, 14, 15?
I'll explain it .... scheduling has a lot to do with putting the A-grade games in prime time and at bigger venues.
Richmond v Geelong is not prime time.
Was it fair we played eight Friday night games in 2016? At everyone else's expense?
You cop some good with some bad. Suck it up!
We're not immune to missing out like every club does; or getting the good when it comes.
We haven't played there since 2012.
Essendon hasn't played there since 1993.
Essendon v Geelong is even less of a prime time game than Richmond v Geelong.
Which team do you think should play there next?
And we played 6 Friday night games, not 8. 8 was in 2015.
And yes it was fair, as the fixturing shows when you finish high (as we did in 2015), pull big crowds (as we did in 2015) and perform well on the big stage (as we mostly did in 2015) you get prime time slots. 2016 we didn't do those things, so we lose our prime time. Thats fair, nothing wrong with that.
The playing at Simmonds is not fair or balanced. We play there regularly for while other teams don't. And if you could give a reason why, other than suck it up that we be great, because thats all I am looking for.
