The Crows could win the minor premiership with a 15-6-1 record, would've got them 4th in 2013, and not even gotten them top 4 in any other year in the 18 team comp.
Highlights the real lack of a powerful team this year, Probably the weakest top 4 I can ever remember....07 would go close but we had at least 1 really quality team that year.
Crows probably still the best side in it and most likely to win the flag, but comparing the standard of footy they're playing with the standard of top 4 sides years gone by, if you couldn't see the ladder you probably guess they were around the 3-4 mark...a genuine flag chance but not the dominant side of the year.
Geelong even less so, you'd probably say they're 5th or 6th if you could watch them without knowing the ladder...easily the least impressive top 2 side since port 07.
