I'm more happy that the club is finally on the right track. Exciting but also a bloody relief.
He also seemed to have no idea what to do with a football for mine.
Back to volleyball full time and football part time for him.
Bit concerned at the lack of players in 26-32 bracket. Lots of young kids but who's there to show them the way?!?

Firstly, we don't yet know for certain that we have cut 13, until after the rookie draft.

Important question. Who are our leaders?
Murphy, Simpson, E. Curnow, Docherty and Cripps stand out as the pick of the bunch from the older guys.
Younger guys emerging as leaders include Weitering, Plowman and SPS.
Plowman is probably an older guy now...
That's why i think we will get a DFA and wouldn't be surprised to see SOS bring in some VFL/WAFL type mature talent. A Menegola type would be very handy

In SOS we trust. The ruthless tag is really not warranted. He is clearing out the dead wood. Boekhorst was never going to be a player. For years we have waited for players to develop that never do. We got extremely lucky with Beast Mode Jones. One more year of list clearance and it’s all SOS’s group.

Are you sure about their payout being included in next year's TPP Harks?
Only logical explanation is to take the $ hit in this year's TPP to "clear the decks" for 2018.
