Jason Bennett calling the St Kilda v Richmond game, following the GWS v Geelong game last Saturday night.

Hope he is a permanent replacement for BT
Agree, Bennett is one of the best callers of the game. Prefer he replace Basil.

He's good. A great calling voice for the game. Deserves a good run at this timeslot.

Not only that, he just calls the game. None of the faux over top hype you get with BT, or the awkward jokes you get with others. Just calls the game.

If they've promoted Bennett from the VFL, I'd like to see someone like Mark Soderstrom promoted from the SANFL to replace Basil. Bennett/Soderstrom on Saturday nights would be a good commentary line-up.

Richmond should be 5 goals down

St. Kilda really should have 6 goals on the board right now given their dominance.

I actually think he's waiting until they get better before he leaves. Doesn't want to walk out when they're performing badly as it looks like he's abandoned them. Just doesn't feel like it's going to happen though. I'm not impressed with their youth at all.
I'd be more concerned that they spent $1m in salary cap on an injury-prone Daniel Wells and an underwhelming Chris Mayne.

He's been replacing Darcy, even better.

Few things I've learnt this round:
- Sydney could win it all
- GWS are all hype.
- tigers are Shat

Going on recent accounts. How many games do you think the Tex Burger will get for his rough contact on Johansson?
None.

Fine at worst.

This is absolutely brutal by St. Kilda. Constant barrage of inside 50s, Richmond struggling to get the ball into their forward half.
