Is Longer really that much of an upgrade on Hickey in the ruck? Like not around the ground but in the ruck itself.

It seems to be like because he's more muscly, and maybe a centimeter taller, the assumption is that he's a better or more physical ruckman.

I'm not having a go at anyone but I'm wondering where the notion that Billy is more physical comes from?

Yep, that's my question. It's probably been discussed before, but i cant be arsed searching pages of Kelly Fyfe references:

Could we afford both an unbeatable offer to Kelly and a godfather offer to Fyfe? It may be that we already have a gentleman's agreement with Fyfe and are therefore not in a position to make Kelly an offer, which may be why we haven't.

Anyone know what our possibilities are for salary? (not trade power, which obviously won't be a problem)

Not answering for Rors but I was a little surprised people were jumping on him after O'Meara had a good debut. From memory, Rors always talked about the fact that his durability/dealing with week in/week out trauma to his knee was going to be his big problem. So in other words, yes he might have good moments but he won't be able to keep it up.

If Jaeger is out, Rors seems pretty spot on so far.

I think we can afford Fyfe or Martin + Josh Kelly. In the next few years Joey, Gilbert & Rooey are likely to retire and it will free up some cash as well.

We may trade away players like Lewis Pierce, Billy Longer, Possibly Minchington.
