And not just that, I watched a few of his games in WAFL as well as championship games in his draft year, he ran out games very well even back then with his comparably poor combine results (which as Arr0w pointed out wasn't much worse than the number 1 pick who is similarly small). Now obviously AFL is far above the level I had seen him play in but still, I think some people have the ability to push through the pain barrier in games than others, I think he has that.Again...gone back a few pages and i've seen diddly-squat in terms of educated, considered analysis that somehow indicates Fisher is unlikely or potentially unable to build a tank.
Poor combine tests is the closest anyone has come, but it's clear that how a kid tests at the age of 17 is only partially relevant to their long term prospects. Having a high baseline for fitness and endurance gives some a natural advantage of course, but having a low baseline doesn't mean they can't improve. You've also alluded to their being more to it than this.
If you're getting frustrated by the constant questioning, copy + paste your thoughts somewhere easily accessible and dish them up when appropriate. Alternatively, keep vaguely alluding to Fisher's mystery deficiencies which nobody but you can see, and accept that, in the absence of any qualification, people will call you out on it.
Everything I hear on here from people around his training is that he is impressing the hell out of the club, I don't see why his fitness can't continue to improve.
