2018 Membership Invoice

Received my Membership Invoice today.

2018 Membership: $799.00
GF Up Grade: $ 60.00
Total: $859.00

Then it states my $10.00 seat deposit has been subtracted from the total.
My question is subtracted from where?

I hope they haven't ****ed this up. Not a good look.

I have the same and emailed them. Expecting a reply in about a week.

I have purple paws and AFLW add-ons which I paid in full over the phone but are still showing in the monthly instalment. And no, they haven’t deducted the $10 deposit either.

Just when you think the club has evolved into a serious organisation - they can’t even get their membership invoices right. And can’t even call them because they are busy and the phone cuts out. Where’s that Melt thread!!!

I tried phoning them since yesterday arvo and got the same message, not even put on hold just cut off. Went to email and got the five working day response. Sounds like the cobblers aren't too good at cobblering

Cheers Arcassius, logged into my account and your correct, but I have two pay now totals 1) $859 and 2) $849. I sort of question how many people are going to check their online members account before they pay up. My paper invoice is clearly wrong and how many others are the same? If I was the head bean counter I would fix it real fast or leave the club open for an accusation of deceptive conduct.

My online invoice has been recently changed to reflect the $10 deposit paid.
The hard copy mailed out obviously wasn't checked. Had something stupid about $10 will be deducted but pay total amount.
The supporter club membership has pissed me right off. After being told in Nov to wait till you receive your membership invoice, then contact membership dept to take it separately, I'm now told sorry they all sold out in Dec. I only got my membership renewal last week.
I hope this doesn't become like the GF guarantee arrangement which I have now heard they're changing as well. Apparently no lapsed GF upgrades will be onsold; all becoming a ballot system.
Membership team member said huge number of people dropping it to offset new fees.

I've got 190 left to pay - 999 minus the 799 I paid minus the 10

Pretty happy with my $329 ticket to be honest.
Might get a bit of sun and rain but I'll keep the extra 670 bucks.

Yeah same here Fred, royally shafted on that. Sent an email in December requesting the upgrade be added to my invoice. Got a response this week saying no can do, blaming the stadium negotiations taking too long to finalise.

Only notification I found of the supporter club upgrade was tucked at the bottom of a seat change email that I ignored at the time because we took our allocated seats.

The whole transition has been a complete and utter debacle.

I'm a harbourmaster too, should be included in our membership I reckon. At the least I would have expected a heads up ahead of the general membership. Piss poor.

Work with a West Coast note holder and they feel the same as our Harbour Masters. Seems both clubs are joined at the hip when it comes their long standing supporter groups.

Yeah not to be that guy about it all!

Not one to normally drop the whole harbourmaster bit, but yes there was a fair bit promised our way that wasn't delivered.

Having all these priority seating periods before anybody else even had a chance to relinquish their allocation made absolutely zero sense to me. It's not like they gave us a clean slate to start with, all the quality seats were already allocated in the replication of current seating arrangements.

We were sat in the region of Subi that has been replaced by all the VIP hospitality sections on the North side of the new stadium and have been shafted to the upper reaches.

The whole thing has left a pretty bad taste in the mouth, besides abit of extra coin in the pocket that I was prepared to plunge back into the club on the supporter club upgrade for the myself and the missus, still am.
