StrayaPeople who yell out as a players in serving motion, are ******s but it takes a special ****** to do it before championship point.
I see over on the Port Power board they have a 'songs you associate with Port Power' thread. Heres mine, im sure there's plenty more.

I find him tolerable when he’s on Vic shows, where he actually comes across as knowledgeable and more even. On SA based shows though, he’s deliberately narky to get up OUR noses (because we have more supporters that can actually be coherent).I think im the odd one out, Kane doesnt actually annoy me.
He's the same entitled brat he was as a kid, has a lispy voice, has shit opinions and throws a tanty when anyone calls him out.
And we'll probably have the pleasure of listening to his shit for the next 20-30 years.
Ratings on Fiveaa are hard to establish because they are measured between 4-7pm. Public don't get the hourly breakdown.I won't be listening!
Does anyone know what his ratings were like last year, as I don't know anyone, except froggy32 who actually will listen to him?
She screens the callers...I am genuinely surprised that Amy Cornes does not have a spot on FiveAA.

I’m just a tolerant person.I don't get it.
What makes him listenable?
- can't be his voice.
- can't be his intellect.
- can't be his interesting conversation.
- he's not funny like yourself.
Genuinely interested to know why.
If he didn't have the Cornes connections, he wouldn't even be remotely considered for the role.
He lacks intelligence, ability to listen to others & is bat shit boring that would make most listeners turn off. Chasing headlines by making stuff up, then unable to cope when questioned.
Will be sad state of affairs if he lasts in the media as is absolutely terrible in every way.
And if they're not quite ready, Pilko will fill in for a few months.Sadly, that's how the Adelaide media works. Be prepared for decades of Kane, until one of his kids is ready to take over the mike.

(3) Invest in a Spotify subscription. Two best radio decisions i ever made:
(1) moving from KAFM to JJJ as a teen
(2) turning off 5AA sports show
Don't have to prepare for it, if you never ever listen to it.

Don’t you just love the pre-season period.
Optimism is at an all time high, at all 18 clubs apparently...

Traditional radio has one advantage over internet radio - range. There is a lot of Australia where you can receive AM radio, but there's no mobile phone coverage. Not so much in the cities, moreso in the rural areas.Traditional Radio will probably be redundant in 10 or so years time, if not sooner.
