Giants towelling the Pies. Not watching just looking at the score.
Pies throwing magnets all over the shop, it's not helping anywhere. Goldsack and Reid up forward with Cox, barely anything out of them, then swapped Goldy back. Just generally getting out worked and can't get the ball out of their defensive 50.

Pies have a great record against the Giants, in fact this will only be the 2nd time Giants have beaten them. Usually it’s the Giants who struggle as the Pies set up a wall to stop them getting the ball out. People are writing off the Giants already because of a few injuries.

It's interesting how they've eased Grundy out of the ruck to give Mason Cox a more prominent role.
The plan is a bold one but has just one flaw:

If I was a Tealster I would be questioning the real worth of China and how well their club is ran after seeing our results compared to theirs.

Judd was paid (very well) for playing. Now he isn't he can put his hand in his pocket like everyone else.
And I've done a lot for charity (and continue to although I'm not able to be as generous as I have been), but I don't expect that to get me into anywhere for free.
These guys need to get over themselves. Maybe he can ask Visy and Dick Pratt to fund his entry after taking $250k a year for his "ambassador" role, over and above club payments, outside of the cap for years?

It so makes me laugh when I see the media link them to Sloane. No forward line, ordinary backline. Throw a mega $$$$ free agent deal at Sloane....
