First time I went there happened to be a Carlton Crows game, asked them for a good seat, they gave me something around $40 blocked by concrete.

Wasnt impressed... Wasn't wearing any supporter gear.

Luckily I could freely move around.

That's what happens when you pay for the cheap seats at a game with a sold out crowd

So Ollie has given Port the impression he’s definately going to stay but he’s holding out to get market offers to gauge his worth and then he’ll tell Port to pay him that much. Doesn’t that undermine the whole negotiation process? Kind of hard to get top price when Port already know you’re staying and giggle at you when your agent says pay him x amount or he’s leaving!

I think what happens is that players will be prepared to stay with their mates or stay for a possible flag and be paid less than heading home to a rabble. But you still need to know what the rest of the market is prepared to pay before making that decision.

What we really need to do is ring radio station after radio station, highlight the numerous incidents from Port and particularly from their indigenous players and ask the questions about the government funded program. If the program they seem to claim is World leading, Nobel peace prize winning, good fellas all around is producing this type of behaviour over and over again, one has to wonder how long that funding remains?

Imagine if this was a program funded by anti-drink driving government programs and this number of players had been done for drink driving. That funding would be gone in a flash.

Poor results = demands for more resources.

Yeah only other time I went there I got a ticket on the wing up high, maybe 2nd row from the front. A violent sneeze and you could honestly fall off trying to get out. Steep seating, only made better by the deplorable seating I saw in Chicago.

It definitely doesn't have any real atmosphere though.

I've only been to Etihad twice, but yes it's rubbish in the top levels; it's like there's a football game going on down below in the distance.

The nosebleed seats at AO and the MCG have more atmosphere.

So, from what I can gather from what AFL360 just said, the victim made a complaint to PAFC but doesn’t wish to involve the police? Not sure if they have all the facts, but that seems a bit weird.

Or did she make it public through social media first and PAFC found out from that, after the fact?

Fair call we are only responsible for our own actions not the actions of others. After something like that happens though you'd have to question the people you then choose to socialise with.

Over on the scandals board have been the typical comments that often happen when an allegation of sexual assualt appears. Just because it wasn't taken to the police and she apparently does not wish to, doesn't mean it didn't happen. It is also an allegation at this stage, but if anyone wants to educate themselves, start reading some of the #metoo stories that have been coming out to understand how long some people have kept these stories quiet because they thought it was their fault, that they wouldn't be believed etc.

Just because you think you might go to the police if someone sexually assualted you, you can't put it that another person has to act in exactly the same way you think you would. Everyone has different life experiences that effect the way they react.

She told them last night about it as AFL360 said. C7 did their gutter journalism that they are renowed for in response to hearing about it in some way. Women not wanting to report it to the police is more common than those that actually do end up getting reported.

He's a young adult not a kid. He has a lot more support around him than many others at the same age as him.
