This is his run from R6 (bottom) to R18 (top) last year. 27 is from game v North in R16 where he injured his back in the second term. Pretty good for half the season. After this went 74, 75, 107, 88, 117. If he's back to full fitness I'd suggest he's worth a look, but certainly a risk.

I was loopholing every line (because I take SC way too srsly) and just happened to bench JPK the week he scored 27. He worked out well for me, traded him in when he bottomed out (441k) and he scored 151 the first week in my team. He averaged a solid 106 for me (minus the 27 the week he was on my bench) from 15 games. He was worth the risk at 441k but I wouldn't consider starting with him this year. Better value elsewhere at his price point IMO.

Scratch Treloar off your list if you have him.

Said Pies starting midfield will be Grundy - Pendles - Beams - Adams.

Treloar will split his time between midfield and high half forward and at times deep forward.

On the plus side, put Adams on there.

Crouch & Neale - they get 35 touches for 90 points more times then not

Not touching either

Suit yourself, but as for your claims of those boys going 35 touches and getting 90s...

Neale's scores over his career when going 35+
170, 110, 123, 120, 104, 110, 123, 148, 138, 149, 109, 112, 154, 119, 147, 134, 159, 99, 151, 123, 111

Average:129

MCrouch's scores over his career when going 35+
132, 124, 111, 97, 123, 131, 120, 139, 146, 125, 105, 106, 101, 112, 127, 131

Average: 120

So they have each had 1 game of going 90 when having 35 touches or more.

Even if you wanted to lower it to getting 30 touches.
MCrouch has 10 matches out of 42 when he didn't get 100

Neale has 4 matches out of 53 when he didn't get 100!

And plenty of big scores when not even getting 30 touches, I think you'd be crazy not to have at least 1 of these guys,.

That's certainly what I felt last year. Neale started poorly even though he was getting 30+ touches. Didn't have him but I picked up Crouch cheap post injury and he was underwhelming before the bye. Again 30+ touches for not many points. What made it a really s**t pick was I chose him over Macrae due to price.
In Neale's case however he has an extensive solid scoring history. Crouch has had 1 good year when they made the GF. Expecting Crows to bounce back this year so maybe Crouch can too.

Lol checkmate.

All this talk of top 10 has me thinking. My list (excluding Danger who I think will go 1-3).
1-3: Cripps: Reaching his prime. Carrying Carlton’s midfield; no one to steal points from him. Getting better each year. Scores well even in losses.
1-3: Fyfe: Will undoubtly be up there for average, but the question mark is on total score. How many games will he miss to injury/suspension?
1-5: Macrae: May get more attention, as teams saw how damaging he can be, but backed up his post-bye 2017 with an exceptional 2018. Could be #1 scorer.
1-5: Dusty: Spoke about him in lengths on this forum. Will play more mid minutes and kicking to a better forward line. Bookmark it - will be #1 for goal assists.
3-8: Kelly: fears of a tag, but IMO is untaggable. Similar to Fyfe, will be up there on average, but the question mark is on # of games.
3-8: Oliver: Had him locked in my side all preseason, but shoulders worry me. Think he will come home strong as he gets fitter and demons charge forward towards a potential minor premiership. Predicting a 105 pre-bye score and 120 post-bye score. Upgrade target for mine now.
5-15: Neale, Treloar, Gaff, MCrouch, Sloane, Zerrett, Cogs, Zorko, Duncan, Bont, Parker, Beams, Brayshaw, Adams: These blokes could fluctuate anywhere but all will be right up there.
