Forward line is risky so will probably transition one of the other midpricers (currently have 2 def, 2 mid) into the forward line and an extra rookie in one of those lines. Will see how the rookies shape up.

Great team! Really like it.

I'd perhaps look at downgrading a Brodie Smith just to sure you that forward line. There's a few defender rookies revealing themselves right now.

Love the Duursma pick. I annointed him as my boy after the intra-club match I reported on #gun

Its a tough one as i know rookie defenders certainly ormally avg more than rookie fwds. But with the kick in rule id be sacrificing zac williams who is great value. Will see where i stand post JLT but im happy with how its looking atm. Opinions very much welcome.

Bit worried about Jacobs in the R2 and wondering if the lack of Walsh hurts me

Really like it. One of my favourites posted so far. Keep jacobs just watch JLT, could be a golden selection. In regards to walsh if he looks like hes going to score atleast 10 more points a game than the 170k mids you could trade b crouch down to libba/miles/hannebery. Providing they have solid JLT form.

If you dont pick walsh and hes only scoring 5 or so points a game more that 100k becomes so valuable. With this team youve got a very good base to work with.

Think this is a great team. Really minimised the amount of rookies you’re starting with this set up. I like the Newman pick, could be a great mid pricer. Midfield is clearly risky but I’m sure you know that. Just fyi, I think Menegola is currently injured so may want to check that

Scary how similar your team is to mine.
I assume your strategy is going for value on players increasing their ppg. If it is i'm doing the same - i think there's a lot value in premiums (mid and fwd) that are priced between 90-100 this year whereas the defenders are maxed out.

Latest attempt with 28k left. I still feel Macrae is overpriced but the midfield looks a lot better with him in there, particularly as skipper.

If Kreuzer doesn't impress in JLT then I'll downgrade Brouch to Libba and upgrade him to Witts.

My only concern would be your 3 mid pricers in defense. Can you go to 1 and upgrade to a premo?

Uncertain about playing four rooks in the guts but allows me some security elsewhere and those rooks have nice scoring potential i feel. English has been in and out, R2 is just a tough spot this year. Left with 134k in the bank.

I dont know if Walsh is a r00k not the way he played I like the team, D Smith i wonder if paying up for him but its a formidable fwd line
