Non-statistical role - I remember seeing him kicking 5 against the crows when we won by about 15 goals on the GC. I'd just want him in our team on that one performance

Nooooo, We do not need endless picks in the 30-60 zone, we need to be packaging up Greenwood and Keath with the picks in this zone to move further up the draft.
We should be gunning hard for Pick 13 from WB with P28 going back and P20 from GC with 48 going back. Values both fairly, in my opinion.

Pick trading can continue through to Nov 21. Once we off load Keath, Greenwood, Jacobs, Knight, Jenkins today and tomorrow we can asses what picks we have for trading up / down.

Dogs are dead set on keeping 13.
And Keath and Greenwood are both 28 by Rd. 1 2020, I think we need to take what we can get on both of them.
I really like them both, but given our current plan, I'm ok for picks between 25-35 for both of them.
I also disagree, let's get as many picks as we can below 40, then once we've got all of them, assess on draft night if we need to move up, otherwise just grab as many players as we can,
This draft is incredibly even in batches if you ask me.
1-2 ELITE Stars : we aren't getting these guys
3-25 Mixed bag / pretty safe talent : we should get 2-3 of these guys
26-40 Mixed bag / Not much of a drop from 3-25 group : we should get 5-6 of these guys.
It's just my opinion of course, but I think our number 1 aim should be to get 8 picks inside 45. (i'd even trade 4 to try and get multiple picks inside 20)
Perhaps we could offer 4 + Greenwood to GC for picks 15, 20 and 2020 pick 11. I'd run at that deal head first like I used to at Sizzlers when the prawns came out.

The good news for us is it's on the Dogs to pony up for Keath. We can up our offer if the Dogs don't come to the party, no need to submit until they offer what they are valuing him for
I interpreted the need for the role due to the way key staff are hired.
A key finding of The Review being the boys club truly does exist?
Hawthorn have a HR professional in this role.
The HR where I work is pretty much called Leadership and Culture.
Get the right leaders into an organisation and the culture improves. The right person for the right job.

He's not going to the PSD
That would be a terrible result for GC's reputation. Who was the last player to go to the PSD on this basis. A deal will get done, GC will be grumpy because they are going to get reemed by Carl for Martin, so will want someone to take that out on. Let's see if Reidy is up to it
