As with the Brexit referendum, will we see demands for a repeat of this election, as the masses were "lied to" and made a mistake?

Is there a UK equivalent of impeachment that can be attempted each year?

Maybe it's time to accept democracy, accept that the twittersphere is not reality.
We’ll see calls for a repeat of this election if it becomes clear Johnson is unable to negotiate a new trade agreement by the end of next year, as he’s now committed himself to. In the meantime it’s clear the people of the UK have spoken, they now own the outcome either way.

It's the end of the UK as we know it as Scotland tell England to gagfed. Stand by for mass protests and more lies from Boris the bigot.

It's also a win for the propaganda of the anti-science morons and the Murdoch press who all backed Johnson. England just another backward country now.

The biggest parties in the UK are all effectively anti-globalist / nationalist parties, Conservative, Labour, and SNP. Lib Dems were humillated.
Conservatives are not anti-globalist, in fact, for many of the tories, Brexit is about trade agreements with more countries around the world and a lower regulatory/tax environment.

Snips and labour certainly anti-globalist/national parties.

The former Conservative chairwoman, Baroness Warsi, has called for introspection on the part of the Tories:

My party must start healing its relationship with British muslims. Endorsements from Tommy Robinson and Katie Hopkins and colleagues retweeting both is deeply disturbing independent inquiry into Islamophobia is a must first step. The battle to root out racism must now intensify.

Being against the corrupt Israeli government is not anti-semetic, either is protecting human rights of Palestine. Most Jews in America and UK don't vote conservative fyi.
Lol
So, looks like corbyn lost what he gained approximately in 2017.

farage playing the palmer position we had in aus
Yep
They will dump him. Not now, but before next election
Nah, he'll resign within a few days, maybe even when he concedes

Yeah I'd expect Scotland to push hard on then, going by how divisive Brexit has been

My Leftist friends we are cooked. The workers dont want us anymore.
The left was cooked when they traded an economic agenda for a social one. You might be unemployed and starving but at least you can piss in whatever bathroom you want.

You just know how it's going to end up overall. Everywhere over the internet it seems to be Labour, but when results come through, apparently fu** all younger voters will have turned up whilst every crippled auld campaigner with a walking stick over 70 turned up to vote Tory.

Very stereotypical of you.

Previous polls have shown that it’s really only the under 30 age group that Labour have an advantage in and even there they didn’t have a clear majority.

And even if what you say is true, then why should there be a change in government if the younger generation are way too lazy to vote for change. Only themselves to blame (though it won’t stop them whinging about it).

Boris will be remembered as the dh who bankrupted the country and broke up the UK.
Yet Corbyn was going to make the UK prosper with his trillion dollar spending package....

They campaigned on anti freedom of movement and won their largest share of vote in a generation.
