Just buy what you're offered and you can upgrade at the ticket gate on game day. Did it last week.So you can only buy a concession ticket if you have a barcode linked to a concession membership?
That doesn't seem right.
What ******* bullshit. Missed out on the tickets I had in the cart trying to work out the concession thing.

Top of the Bradman Stand. Sat there (edit 408) last game and had a great view (a little high but pretty much central). Virtually right below Bruuuuuce and Gav.Bay 407. Weird but ok.

Do you hit refresh? If you do it puts you at the back of the queue each timeit took me until 9:18am last game to get on after starting to try at 8:50am
I started at 8:55am this morning so i expect it will take a while yet
Yes it is could only get cat 2 as best availablesurely cat 1 couldnt be sold out already?
Yeah that might be a problem...I want a concession ticket with an Adult barcode. There's no obvious way to do this.

Yep probably about 9.45 to 10.00 there will be Category 1 available.Remember, there's an obscene share of tickets allocated by the AFL to the opposing team, so there's every chance that a bunch of Cat 1 tickets will be released once the system decides that Richmond members aren't going to use them. Waiting around for this to happen can be nervous and risky, though, because if you miss out on that second wave then you're stuck picking from an even smaller selection of Cat 2-4 tickets.
Get to see the players run out and cheer them back after the win!settled for 4 in 125.
Just go best available, you get cat 1 if they are available anyway.Yep probably about 9.45 to 10.00 there will be Category 1 available.
That's how it is supposed to work, but ........Just go best available, you get cat 1 if they are available anyway.
Just FYI, its not a queuing system. Its a luck of the draw, that your refresh ping connects to a vacant site access spot.Waited in queue from 8:50 - didn't get into about 9:15... ended up with 5 tix in 149![]()
My biggest issue with the whole ticketing system is their interpretation of best available. I was on at 8.58, so fully ready to go at 9.00. Copy and pasted barcodes in, fastest finger in the West through the ticket allocation page, and bang, somehow I still got stuck with bay 213. If I'm nearly in the first few hundred to buy, which I would have had to have been, I should've been far more central on the wing to that.Just go best available, you get cat 1 if they are available anyway.
