Well, it seems like a good opportunity to start looking ahead to the draft again.....

If the season gets canned we'll certainly receive pick 5 again which will be in demand by several other clubs.
Knightmare's top 20 kids seems very heavy on talls which we don't need, and if the state carnivals are cancelled it throws more uncertainty into the order, but from what little is out there Ugle-Hagan is the only FS/NGA in top 5 discussion so far.

With where our list is at, being dependant on largely unproven youngsters, King, Bytel, Clav, Coff and Byrnes. And slightly proven youngsters, Hunter, Battle, Paton, Long. If we lose the season it will let them spend more time in the gym, and give opportunity to work on skills and team play.

I think it would also hasten the departure of Gears and Sav, to whom if we add Dmac and Joyce, we'll have balanced the list perfectly.

Wont it be pick 4 because Gold Coast get a priority pick?

Think the first round should be a lottery, why should Fold Coast and Melbourne get 1 and 2 again.

Top 8 lottery for 9 to 18. Bottom 8 a lottery for 1 to 9.
