I don't know how much you've watched Blayne but he's a totally different player to Kosi.....Isaiah Dudley you might make some sort of comparison though he's not in the same class as Kosi re his ferociousness or aerial talent.

I have not seen Blayne play..only from what I read here so I will take that all on good advice

Gee, South Adelaide have got some talent this year.
My long shot at this stage is we will pick Arlo Draper with our first pick in the draft.
I don't think we will be in Horne territory by draft time.

I'd be hoping for Campbell Chesser or Ben Hoobs with our first currently and if McAsey flies the coop I'd be looking seriously at getting hold of whatever pick it will take to nab Josh Gibcus, currently my feel is that would be late 1st/early 2nd. Draper IMO will need to find more ball as the season wears on to go that high, Matthew Roberts I'd have ahead of Draper at this time of the "other" SA lads..

He was eligible last year he's from Central Districts so he's an overager but it is now U19's but I think in SA he'd be playing reserves.. Maybe they're talking mid season draft? He also played in last year's SANFL All Stars game.

He won the SANFL Grand Final Sprint a couple of year's ago.

Blayne O'Loughlin, who is tied to Adelaide's Next Generation Academy, is one of four inclusions for the prestigious group's clash with Geelong's VFL side on April 24.


The Crows will have first call on the skillful Indigenous half-forward via the NGA system if he does not attract a bid inside the first 20 selections on draft night.

The additions round the group up to 25 participants, with 21 of the Academy members named at the end of last year. The AFL kept open several places to allow for players who impress early in the season to be rewarded with positions in the Academy.


The Academy side will face the Cats' VFL side at GMHBA Stadium as a curtain-raiser to Geelong's clash with West Coast later that day, with the match starting at 10.10am local time. The game will be the centerpiece of a five-day camp in Melbourne, which will include meeting recruiters from clubs.

Interesting too how the VFL allows the Tigers unused medical sub from the previous night Jack Ross play the following night.....I don't think the SANFL allows the 2 AFL clubs that option?
