Seriously though. Anyone who can't see he'd be a massive upgrade on those two is blind. Him and Steele in the same side is a mouth watering prospect.

I doubt anyone thinks he's not an immediate upgrade the argument is around his age and longevity, he wants a long generous contract. He's a gun but a fairly old one.

Not sure - Toby is starting to approach Selwood levels of ducking and staging.

But he's still more likeable. Selwood is a cheating campaigner that wants to be loved still. Greene is unapologetically nasty. He's like a comic book villain who acts with unreserved malice and stupidity. He's like the little devil that sits on your shoulder character in cartoons.....only Toby's has shivved the little angel guy and has no inbuilt restraint.

I'm not hard to convince, I was already a foot in each camp but watching him today I'm ready to go all in. Unfortunately I haven't seen any actually links to us. I don't want to get my hopes up.

We would be mad not to offer him a 4 year deal. He turns 29 in October, so maybe 3 years plus a trigger for a 4th.
I don't care if he takes a spot from a younger bloke - if he is gettable, we need to try.

Who cares about Collingwood? Yeah they're sh*t. Do Carlton & Collingwood being absolute train wrecks borne of their own terrible choices and steaming piles of manure with zero integrity or culture excuse our underperformance?

I mean don't get me wrong, it's certainly made this season bearable but regardless of how weak they both are, we have significant enough problems at St Kilda and that's really what I'm concerned with, the other clubs aren't worth my time.

I had the same reaction but then I remembered Greg Williams.
What did he get for essentially pushing the umpire away while looking past him?
Was it six weeks or something?
